Amy Hiatt has joined Copper Conferencing as a Channel Support Representative.
Amy brings more than 7 years experience in the development and support of channel sales with both Raindance and Intercall.

Her main role will be to assist agents and wholesale customers in provisioning new accounts and solving customer issues relating to service and billing. Because of her years of experience in the newest web conferencing technologies she can be a great asset to agents in the field when it comes to demonstrating web conferencing and also training new web users.
